Self-Defense for Women

Learn practical, simple and realistic self defense techniques that anyone can do! Self defense includes everything from proper use of your cellphone and social media to physically defending yourself. Course covers the four "A's"  of self defense: Avoidance, Awareness, Attitude, and Action. Suitable for any fitness level, these hands-on classes are presented in a respectful, comfortable and relaxed manner.
