TAC - Total Athlete Conditioning

Join a Certified Personal Trainer for a class that will work on improving strength, speed and agility and quickness in vertical and horizontal athletic movements. This is a high-intensity class suitable for anyone who would like to take their fitness to the next level! 

You must be a Pulse member or hold a Day Pass to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in.
