Yoga - Beginner/Intermediate

Beginner/Intermediate Yoga is designed for participants with some yoga experience looking to learn some Intermediate poses. Enhance your practice of  yoga postures, that are physically and  energetically balanced, in a safe, non-competitive and inclusive environment, with a choice of milder or more challenging options. Flow Yoga can be somewhat more vigorous and creates a balance between strengthening and stretching while linking your movements to your breath. Each class will include a short warm up, followed by full body strengthening and stretching.

  • These Yoga classes are open to all. No membership is required, but participants must register.
  • Fall Registration opens August 1
  • Winter Registration opens December 1
  • This level not offered in Spring

Mats are provided, but bring your own to the first class if desired. Wear comfortable, layered clothing suitable for stretching.
