Yoga - Fascial Stretch & Massage

Combining traditional yoga movements with myofascial release techniques and self massage, this class provides a unique experience where you will have the opportunity to feel changes in flexibility and circulation throughout your entire body. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga, those that experience limited flexibility, or are looking for a stretch focused class to reduce stress. It also makes a great supplement to athletics.

  • These Yoga classes are open to all. No membership is required, but participants must register.
  • Fall Registration opens August 1
  • Winter Registration opens December 1
  • Not offered in Spring
