Yoga - Recharge Your Wellness: For Staff, Faculty, Alumni and Community

This is a program for people who aren't students anymore but want to get back into/start a fitness and wellness program. This introductory  Yoga and activity class will help with your flexibility, balance, strength and relaxation, all of which can help to improve your overall wellness. 'It's never too late' for fitness and good health.
