Yoga - Women's Only, Beginner

Yoga is an ancient, non-competitive form of exercise involving breathing and relaxation techniques and posture which builds strength, improves balance, increases flexibility and reduces stress and tension. Join this Women's only class and enjoy deeper levels of health and vitality through heightened body awareness and balance.  This is a great way to increase your flexibility and relax.

  • These Yoga classes are open to all women. No membership is required, but participants must register.
