Meditation - Exam Stress Relief Classes

Take a break from your studies and enjoy some quiet time in our Mindfulness Studio under the guidance of a Meditation instructor.

Offered in December and April exam period.  Fall 2020 program cancelled.

This class will help you with relaxation and strategies to deal with exam anxiety.

  • Open and Free to McMaster students, DBAC Members, and Non-member Staff and Faculty only.
  • Drop-In, No pre-registration required. 
  • We also offer FREE Exam Stress Relief Yoga classes
