Need some stress relief during the exam period, or just a yoga 'Tune-Up'? It's always the right time to relax your mind and body and feel refreshed! This yoga for all levels will help you do just that. Scroll down for complete schedule.

  • Open and FREE to McMaster Students, DBAC Members, Staff and Faculty Only.
  • Drop In, no pre-registration required. Space limited.
